Collection: The Zavitan Stream

The Zavitan Stream (נחל זוויתן) in the Golan Heights is known for its geometric basalt rock formations and clear, cold waters. Sadly, in May of 2024, Hezbollah rockets incinerated 10,000 square kilometers of the Zavitan reserve, causing great damage to the stream. Today, almost a year later, the Zavitan is recovering and is once again open for travelers.
